Forest villa is set in 2 acres of lush green gardens with beautiful bougainvillea and frangipani trees. The property consists of an old Goan main house and 2 beautifully Italian designed new buildings.
A 25 meter long lap pool made of natural stones spreads along the garden with the house opening up to views of rice fields. there is a tree house as well. The property is gated and secured 24 hours.

The main house comprises of a dining that seats 10, a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances and recreation areas. a spacious balcao runs along all sides of the house.
Constructed next to it in the new buildings are 5 lavish rooms designed according to modern aesthetics the luxurious rooms have attached bathrooms with modern fixtures, are air conditioned and have dehumidifiers as well. All basic amenities are provided including 24 hour hot and cold water supply and telephone.From the tree house you have a good
View of the property and it seats 10 persons. For entertainment the house has a fantastic video projection room.

What is a luxury villa?
Luxury villas are luxury houses of the elite and rich people usually built as a second home. A luxury villa will not be complete without the dedicated staff to serve its tenants and guests.
How I will do the payment?
We will take one-night confirmation to our bank account as an advance and balance in cash on arrival. For peak dates we can ask up to 100% payment.
What are Check-In and Check-Out timings?
Regular Check-in time is 2PM and Check-out time is 11AM. In case you come early morning, the owner can ask for a half-night payment.
Is cleaning and electricity charges are included?
Yes, our prices are included housekeeping and electricity charges.
- A room sleeps 2 people. The size of your party should not exceed 10 occupants (including children above 3 years of age).
- 50% Non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- Cancellations – No cancellations are accepted within 60 days of check-in date. We
- encourage you to get travel insurance for any last minute emergencies.
- Standard checkout time is before 11.00 am, and check-in time is at 2 pm. Early check- in and late checkout can be arranged if there is no concurrent booking and at the
- management’s discretion.
- Breakfast is included in the rates. All other meals are chargeable.
- A cot can be provided for an infant upon request, free of charge.
- Please note there is an increment of 10-15% for long weekends and Indian public holidays such as Diwali, Holi, Independence Day, Republic Day, Dussehra etc.
