Farm Villa

Farm Villa is a 4 bedroom luxury village at Raia in South Goa. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are en-suite. This is a 2-storied home for rent with a Portuguese colonial façade, surrounded by greenery, tall trees, and manicured lawns. The bedrooms and living room has antique furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. The villa also has a big private swimming pool with a shallow end and rock garden at one side, and an outdoor patio within the lawns.

This holiday home for stay is located in the Raia neighborhood of South Goa, which is a small village in the hinterlands, close to Margao. There are many churches and agriculture fields between small hills and the Zuari River. Farm Villa has lush greenery all around. Wake up to the call of birds. Bedrooms – 2 of the 4 bedrooms are en-suite, but they are all air-conditioned. The bedrooms are lavish with antique furniture, single or double beds, wardrobe, study table, side table, lamp shade, carpet, large mirror, and a separate sitting area. One bedroom has a big balcony with forest view.

Bathrooms – Large bathrooms with hot water, hair dryer and washing machine.

Living Room – There is a big sofa in the living area with seating for 8 guests, antique center table, pottery, paintings, glass cabinet, music system, and television.

Dining – In one side of the living room. Solid wood table with seating for 6 guests. Both the living and dining spaces are air-conditioned.

Kitchen – The kitchen is equipped with stove, kettle, water filter, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, oven, refrigerator, utensils and tableware.

Swimming Pool – Farm Villa has a large private swimming pool with a rock garden at one side. The pool has a shallow end for kids and beginners. There are tall trees all around. Space for outdoor picnic or barbecue beside the pool. There is also an outdoor restaurant with sitting and umbrella.

Neighborhood
