Bedrooms – Aldeia Villa has 3 bedrooms, all en-suite and air-conditioned. Large king beds, side tables, lamp shade, wardrobe, safe, and dressing area. Satellite television. CD player and a mini bar. Comfort furnishings. Bedroom #2 is more spacious. It comes with a private sitting area and table. Bedroom #3 has an antique bed and décor. Whitewashed walls are relaxing for the eyes. They all lead a common verandah outside.

Bathrooms – They are simple but functional. There is a sink, mirror, and shower area separated by a curtain.

Living Room – This holiday home for rent has a large open-plan living room with a large comfortable sofa, glass center table, lamp shade, and paintings. Satellite television. It is a warm and comfortable space, where you can spend time socializing with family or friends. Staircase leads to the first floor from one side. There is also a small sitting area on the first floor outside the bedrooms.

Kitchen, Dining – The dining area is at one side of the living room. Table with sitting for 6 guests. There is a second smaller dining area next to the kitchen with high-chairs. Good for a drink or some snacks. You can prepare a meal in the kitchen or ask for cooking maid service. Guests are welcome to use the large refrigerator, water purifier, microwave, sink, toaster, and induction oven. Utensils and tableware is provided.

Swimming Pool – There is a large swimming pool shared by all the community members, guests staying in the villas, apartments, and row houses. The pool has a shallow end where the kids can swim and play safely. Loungers are placed all around. Small manicured lawn with many tall trees on one side.

Neighborhood

Aldeia Villa for rent is in the busy Candolim neighborhood of North Goa. It is only a 5-minute walk from the beach.
