Luxury Villa is a 5-bedroom upscale holiday home for rent in North Goa. It is located at Assagao in North Goa, 8 kilometers from Vagator beach and Chapora Fort. It is also close to Anjuna beach, Morjim, an Olive Ridley nesting site, and the Chapora River. The villa has an infinity swimming pool, lavish interiors with antique furniture, living room, kitchen, outdoor dining area, and terrace.

Luxury Villa is next to the Andes Mountain, a small hill that divides the Assagao, Badem, and Siolim neighborhoods of Goa. This is a green and quiet area. You will find Portuguese-era churches, yoga retreats, art and clothing boutiques, and the 18^th century St. Cajetan church. There are restaurants serving Goan, continental, and south Indian food. There is also a nature park where you will plenty of bird species.

Bedrooms – All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have attached toilets. Three bedrooms have king beds, while the other two have queen beds. They all have hardwood or parquet flooring. Antique furniture, wardrobe, television, heating, lamp shade, paintings, sitting area, and large balcony. There are mini bars in the rooms.

Bathrooms – Large bathrooms with a separate shower area, hand shower, single or double sink, mirror, cupboard, and towel stand. There are slippers and dressing gowns in the bathrooms.

Living Area – Large living area with sofa, extra cushions, large mirrors, television, and antique furniture. French windows provides an unobstructed view of the outside. 1^st floor lounge area has a sofa with seating for 3 guests. Carpet, center table, television, painting. The lounge too is air-conditioned.

Kitchen, Dining – Open kitchen with large refrigerator, cooking station, chimney, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave. Outdoor dining overlooking trees and the infinity swimming pool. There is sitting for 8. Cane chairs.

Swimming Pool – Luxury Villa has an infinity swimming pool with trees everywhere and a small lawn beside it. The pool overlooks the hill. There is outdoor seating where guests can relax and have a barbecue.
