The Sea View Villa is a 2 bedroom villa secured 24 hours and located at the Beach Front of Mandrem Beach over looking the Arabian Sea from where you get a beautiful sun set view.

• The Villa comprises of 2 BHK that can accomadate 4 people and has a spacious porch with a coffee table and chairs from where you get a beautiful view of sunset.
• The living room has a single bed and storage stand with wide windows that gives the place brightness and coolness.
• Adjacent the living room is the dining that seats four and the kitchenette which is equipped with Refrigirator, Gas stove, Frying pan, Kettle, Juicer, Toaster, Crockery, Cutlery, Glasses and Cooking Utensils.
• Both the bedrooms have wide windows, and are airconditioned with fans Wi-Fi access and have a kingsized bed with mattress and mosquito nets.
• The large wardrobes have full length mirrors and there are safety deposit boxes.
• One of the bedrooms has its own seperate entrance besides within.
• The ensuite washrooms in both bedrooms have a Western Toilet and Shower.
