I and my husband availed of the villa for three days. The moment we stepped into the complex we liked the greenery and the vibe. Our villa was beautiful, clean and well-kept. With a small backyard, nice view, effective ACs and a fully equipped modular kitchen, we felt quite at home. The booking agent Ms. Karen was helpful, the caretaker Mr. Sandeep was approachable and the maid was efficient. A good place for those who wish for a home away from home, even though being an old building it does lack some basic hotel-like conviniences like hooks behind the doors and curtains at some windows. You would have to cook or eat out as there's no home delivery. On the whole however the feel of a home - neat, pretty, comfortable and just a little less immaculate - is what one goes for while hiring a villa, isn't it? With two pools, the river and beach both 300 m away one couldn't ask for a better location. A pleasant and memorable stay and one I would recommend to those seeking peace and privacy.
Отдыхали в Гоа Кавелоссим с 10 ноября по 19 декабря 2018 года. Отдых получился просто изумительный и поэтому мне хотелось бы с Вами поделиться. Наши поиски начались за долго до нашей поездки. Компания у нас подобралась из 6 человек и конечно были определенные требования по размещению. И на первом месте стояло, чтобы мы отдыхали вместе, но никто никому не мешал и это конечно однозначно должна быть вилла. В интернете наткнулась на сайт Goa Villa по аренде жилья на ГОА и написала. Ответ не заставил себя ждать и буквально на следующий день откликнулась Марина предложив несколько вариантов по размещению. Так как мы впервые ехали отдыхать на ГОА, соответственно у нас было очень много вопросов, на которые Марина незамедлительно отвечала, за что ей огромное спасибо. Перебрав несколько вариантов, остановились на Villa Kaya, номер 2174 Кавелоссим. Очень устроили условия бронирования. Т.к. бронировали за пол года до отдыха, было важно какую сумму нам назначат в качестве аванса. И эта сумма более чем нас устроила. Исходя из опыта бронирования в других странах, данная сумма в разы была меньше. Все остальное мы заплатили по приезду на виллу. Как я уже писала, Марина сопровождала нас в течение всего периода выбора, бронирования, а также организовала трансфер. И вот мы на вилле. Первое впечатление, как впрочем и весь последующий период нашего отдыха: просторная, уютная, чистая. Огромный холл с уютной мебелью, кухня, просторные комнаты. Красивейшая территория и очень уютная терраса. Нам было очень комфортно отдыхать на этой вилле. Если возникали какие- либо вопросы, звонили Марине и она их незамедлительно решала. Пока отдыхали на пляже, нашу виллу убирали, меняли постельное белье. А вообще -то быт на этой вилле организовать можно без проблем. Есть стиральная машина, чашки-плошки, кастрюльки, и.т.д. Есть телевизор, WI-Fi. Очень удобное расположение виллы. Все в шаговой доступности: пляж, магазины, аптека, массажный салон. Если меня спросят хочу ли я туда вернуться? Однозначно ДА. Очень все понравилось!
This time for our Goa visit with friends we thought of renting a villa. While looking for a villa online we came across Goa Villa and decided to go for villa Kaya as per our requirements. Being the first timer we were a bit skeptical about what we are going to get but all of it vanished when we first saw the villa and its surroundings. The villa was located at an amazing place with beautiful river Sal at one end and serene Cavelossim beach at other. It was well maintained with spacious rooms and bathrooms. It was also convenient in terms of location, near to beach, super markets and restaurants and special mention that its a good place for nature/bird lovers as well. We heartily thanks the team of Goa villa specially Caren and Sandeep for hassle free booking, check ins and providing a comfortable stay. You surely have earned permanent clients and promoters. We strongly recommend Goa Villa. Looking forward for exploring your other properties.

Cavelossim is famous for its unique position at the mouth of the Arabian Sea and the Sal River. It is a long, clean, tree-lined, sandy beach with very few tourists. The river meanders through fishing villages, old churches, and a mangrove swamp where you can see birds and bats. There are nature cruises and dolphin-sighting boat trips.
The water at Cavelossim beach is calm and shallow. It is also very clean. Even young children can swim here safely.
Regular Check-in time is 2PM and Check-out time is 11AM. In case you come early morning, the owner can ask for a half-night payment.
