There is a main house and two poolside villas in this property. The main building has 3 en-suite bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Both the poolside villas have two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. The villa can be booked as 5 or 7 bedrooms. All the bedrooms are spacious, air conditioned, have large comfortable beds, sitting areas, and modern appliances. The bathrooms are clean, hygienic, and have separate shower areas.

An exceptional villa.. well located in the heart of north goa between calangute & candolim yet away from the crowd. Super safe.. a beautiful villa with a private pool.. the staff were helpful. It's a no brainier if ur looking for an escape with luxury, your own pool & jus a 2 min walk to the beach. There are shops & shacks close by too.. the beach is also not crowded .. it's the perfect stretch. Highly recommend this property.

This was our second visit to this Villa . It's the most amazing place with the perfect location. It beats any resort in terms of beauty ,location , price n privacy . With the new ownership there is a visible change for the better as far as services n professionalism . Will surely go many more times as it looks as if it's turning out to be our family's favourite stay in Goa

This villa is truly unbelievable! These pictures do no justice to just how stunning this place is. Picture this.. lush green trees and a lawn as far as your eye can see, a huge spacious house with lots of natural light seeping in, a deck where you can laze or read by yourself, or dance and mingle with your friends which also overlooks a massive swimming pool.... and that's not even the best part.. all this opens out right onto the beach! While it is located between calangute and candolim, you will only ever notice that you are in your own private beach haven. The owner as well as the staff on property are super helpful and were as excited as us to plan a surprise bday! From arranging cabs to buying groceries the staff was always willing to help. Honestly it was hard to leave! I'm so happy we found this property and l'm already counting days before we can head back!! Thank you for being our absolute favorite Goa holiday! (and yes there have been many!)
