This house has 4 bedrooms, up to 8 people, located in a well maintained, gated complex with swimming pool near the village of Colva. Colva is the largest and the oldest village in South Goa, which has the most vibrant nightlife in the entire South Goa. Beach is safe and clean.

- On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen and dining area.
- The living room has a comfortable, modern furniture, TV and dining table with chairs.
- The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, exhaust and basic kitchen utensils.
- On the first floor there are four bedrooms with air conditioning facility, spacious beds and wardrobes. Two bedrooms have an attached bathroom with direct access to the terrace, one bedroom opens into a balcony.
