This house is beautifully designed in a traditional Portuguese style. It is a 2 storey house situated in Morjim. It is mostly preferred by customers because of the quiet location and at the same time it is close to the beach.
Suitable for a family of 4-6 people. This house has a spacious fenced area, parking, and convenient access to infrastructure, beaches and clubs.
This place is ideal for beach recreation, entertainment and parties.
The nearest Morjim beach is 400m away.
The ground floor of the house
- On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with TV and with the possibility of accommodating 2 people with an access to a separate bathroom;
- Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need like kettle, gas cooker, toaster, set of dishes.
The first floor of the house
- On the first floor of the house there are 2 spacious and bright bedrooms with fans and 2 bathrooms;
- There is a spacious terrace for evening gatherings, to relax and to watch beautiful sunset.
Facilities and Services
- In villa there is provision for internet access (extra charge for USB-modem);
- In this villa cleaning is done in every two days with bed linen and towel changed for 2 times a week.

Regular Check-in time is 2PM and Check-out time is 11AM. In case you come early morning, the owner can ask for a half-night payment.

Why is Morjim Beach famous?
Morjim is famous primarily because it is a nesting site of the endangered Olive Ridley Turtles. The turtles lay their eggs in the southern part of the beach, close to its confluence with the Chapora River. It is a protected site.
Why is Morjim called Little Russia?
Locally, many people refer to Morjim as “Little Russia” as there are many Russians living here. Many of them stay for several months. There are many Russian-run beach shacks, restaurants, and guesthouses.
