- On the first floor there are two, 2 bedroom apartments with a living room;
- On the second floor, there is a suite which is also known as a penthouse with one bedroom and a living room All the rooms are air conditioned and fully furnished;
- The terrace is spacious and relaxing with a sitting area that overlooks the pool.

- There is ample parking space and breakfast is included in the tariff;
- Internet access available cleaning is done every two days and bed linen changed twice a week;

Why is Morjim Beach famous?
Morjim is famous primarily because it is a nesting site of the endangered Olive Ridley Turtles. The turtles lay their eggs in the southern part of the beach, close to its confluence with the Chapora River. It is a protected site.
Why is Morjim called Little Russia?
Locally, many people refer to Morjim as “Little Russia” as there are many Russians living here. Many of them stay for several months. There are many Russian-run beach shacks, restaurants, and guesthouses.
