Goa Casino Horseshoe
In the waters of the Mandovi River, there is a new floating casino, the largest so far in Goa. The casino ship Horseshoe is owned by Jaydev Mody's Delta Corp Ltd — India's leading gaming company, which owns three of the five existing offshore licenses in the territory of Goa.
The catamaran Horseshoe has an impressive size of 87 by 22 meters and has become part of the landscape of the river near the capital city of Panaji. It is a studded entertainment vessel. It is assumed that a new boat, the Mody was acquired for $ 6 million, will be called Delta Royale and it will go under the flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis. Casino Royale, which still leads in the ranking of Goan gambling houses, now takes the place of the oldest floating casino in Goa followed by the the Caravela in Port Jetty in Panaji. The Horseshoe catamaran is 10 meters longer than the Caravela, and is equipped with 100 gaming tables and 80 slot machines. It can accommodate up to 100 guests more than its predecessor.
