Agonda Beach restaurants

Everything you can see on Agonda Beach is a simple and a sure thing. Everything is organized in a way to make tourists and Beach guests feel a close connection to wild nature and a proximity to the real life of local citizens. Here you won’t find neither All Inclusive 5* and 4* hotels, which occupy huge areas, nor luxury restaurants, bars and noisy crowded discos.

So, where to stay in Agonda Beach? The lodging in Agonda resorts is mostly represented by cute guest-houses, comfortable villas and comfy bungalows. Almost all of them are placed along the main street or at the beach.

Bungalow-resorts: "Cuba Agonda" and "Madhu Beach Huts", "Agonda Beach Huts", "Agonda White Sand Villas", "H2O Agonda", "Simrose". Some of them have restaurants which offer their visitors amazing and tasty dishes from international cuisine, vegetarian menu, tandoori, fresh seafood, organic beverages and drinks.

If you like European cuisine or a fan of Indian dishes than you should visit "Dersey's" Restaurant placed in the southern part of Agonda Beach without fail. Here you will enjoy simple but very tasty and healthy food.

"Blue Planet Cafe" is a vegetarian restaurant, which offers its clients amazing organic food, great juices and cocktails. It is very popular among many tourists coming to Agonda Beach and has lots of good reviews from previous visitors.

Cute and very cheapest place to eat is “Niki Bar” diner which can offer you to try tasty and well-cooked thali fish for 30 rupees only. The diner works till 5 pm.

In some local shops you will also be able to find some main and easy-to-cook dishes like omelets, fish and thali vegetables, drink some tea and juices. Approximate prices: 50-60 rupees per thali.

In the center of the village you will find a wine shop. Opposite the Church, on the street that leads to the sea, there is a small and cheap local bar (you can buy beer here for the 30-60 rupees only). However, do not expect large attendance in this bar: it is very likely that you'll be the only customer here even in the evening time.
